Beta Terms of Use

These terms explain the expectations for using the Fervion website and private beta.

Effective date:

What these terms cover

These Beta Terms of Use govern your access to the Fervion website, private beta waitlist, and any pre-release Fervion services we make available to you.

By using the website, requesting a beta invite, or using beta access, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Private beta access

Fervion is in private beta. Access is invite-only, may be limited, and is not guaranteed by joining the waitlist.

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue beta features at any time. Beta access may be suspended or revoked when needed to protect the service, its users, or Fervion.

You are responsible for keeping any access credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account or access channel.

Acceptable use

Use Fervion lawfully and only in ways that do not harm, disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the website, beta services, or other users.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, test security without permission, impersonate another person or system, or use the service to distribute malware or unlawful content.

Do not submit secrets, passwords, API keys, private source code, or other confidential information through the website contact or waitlist forms.

Beta feedback

We welcome feedback about the beta. You may choose to share ideas, reports, or suggestions with us, and we may use that feedback to improve Fervion without obligation to you.

Please do not share information that you are not authorized to disclose when providing feedback.

Pre-release service

Beta features are experimental and may contain defects, change without notice, or become unavailable. Do not rely on beta features as your only copy of important work or data.

We provide the beta on an as-available basis and do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Fervion evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
